TracTrix 6.5 software is designed to assist you to convert the lines and
text in scanned prints into editable CAD vector formats. It also includes
a variety of other tools to assist CAD users:
Raster to vector conversion
Convert scans of drawings, logos, boards etc. in BMP, C4, CALS, TIFF, JPEG
and other raster formats to DWG, DXF, HPGL, IGES and EPS formats. With color
separation, text recognition, clean-up and editing tools. How this works.
Raster Editing
Open over 100 raster formats and edit.
Markup
Add annotations. Save into DWG/DXF if required. Email marked up drawings as
PDFs.
Vector to raster conversion
Convert DWG, DXF, DWF & HPGL files to PDF (Archival quality PDF/A) and raster
formats for distribution to non-CAD folks.
Drawing version comparison
Open two different revisions of the same drawing. TracTrix automatically
compares them and graphically displays the differences.
Symbol management
Create and store symbols. Insert directly into DWG/DXF files. Great for
approvals/rejections.
Measuring
Measure and store lengths, areas, perimeters. Sum areas. Scale. Print details.
Viewing and printing
All the powerful viewing and print control features of the Trix DrawingCenter
viewer are included.
DWF conversion
Convert DWF files to CAD editable DWG files.
Runs inside or outside AutoCAD
TracTrix can be run entirely stand-alone or as an ObjectARX application right
inside AutoCAD 2008 or 2009. License covers both uses.
Flexible licensing
Choice of regular standalone or shared floating network licenses.
System Requirements: Windows 7, Vista, 2003, XP. 32-bit and 64-bit supported.
